Dr Sharon Luo

Dr Sharon Luo graduated from medical school in 1991. She obtained her Fellowship of Royal Australian College of General Practitioner in 2009. She also obtained the bachelor degree of health science, Diploma of Palliative care and certificate in skin cancer medicine.
Dr Luo is a very experienced medical practitioner and has been practicing medicine in Queensland since 2002. She worked at different hospitals including PA hospital, Logan Hospital, Ipswich Hospital and Greenslopes hospital. She was a medical registrar of the department of internal medicine, geriatrics, endocrinology, cardiology and CCU at the Greenslopes Hospital.
She started her general practice in 2009. She continued further professional training in skin cancer medicine, paediatrics and women’s health. She gained lots of clinical experience in skin check and excision including skin flap after practising at the Mole scan skin clinic.
She has special interests in women’s health, antenatal care, paediatrics, cardiology, endocrinology, chronic disease management , dermatology , skin cancer treatment and skin lesion excision.
She is a mater mother hospital aligned GP for antenatal share care.
Dr Luo has had further training in the management of chronic hepatitis B, and is an accredited prescriber of S100 medications for Hepatitis B.
Dr Luo has been a GP registrar supervisor for The General Practice Training Queensland/The Royal Australian College of General Practioners since 2013, and has taken part in the GP registrar assessment and education.
Dr Sharon Luo practises full time at the Gowan Road Medical Centre and all new patients are welcome.
羅小文Sharon Luo 女醫師簡介
羅小文醫師於1991年畢業於中山醫科大學臨床醫療系全英班。在中国擔任了5年内科醫生工作後，她移民新西兰，進入了奥克蘭科技大學學習“健康科學”并獲得了第二個學士學位。
2001年，她在昆士蘭大學培訓，以後通過了澳洲執業醫生資格考試。從2002年開始，她在布里斯班各大醫院擔任醫生工作( 包括PA Hospital, Greenslopes Hospital, Logan Hospital, Ipswich Hospital ). 她工作過的專科包括: 内科， 外科，兒科， 婦科，耳鼻喉科 和急診科。她從2005 年開始，擔任心血管專科， 心臟監護專科（CCU），内分泌專科，老人病科和普通内科的主治醫生。在此期間她積累了大量的臨床經驗， 特别是心臟病 和 糖尿病的治療。
羅醫師於2006年进入澳洲全科醫生培训，并于2009年取得了澳洲皇家全科醫學院院士的資格, 開始了全科醫生的工作。
此後，羅醫師繼續深造, 進修了兒科，婦產科，皮膚學和疼痛緩和專科（Palliative Care），取得了“緩和治療”專科文憑和皮膚癌治療醫學証書，並在皮膚治療和皮膚肿瘤切除手术方面有非常豐富的經驗。羅醫師是 Mater Mother Hospital 認可的產前檢查GP。她在慢性乙（B）型肝炎的诊治方面进行了深入的学习，并取得了治疗慢性乙（B）型肝炎药物的处方权。
羅醫師於2013年被聘请为澳洲全科醫生培训的导师（ GP registrar supervisor）， 对GP 主治醫生 进行考核和指导。
羅醫師有20多年的臨床經驗，她會講流利的英語，粤語和國語。她在Gowan Road Medical Centre 工作五天。歡迎新病人來就診。
Dr Chengyuan Zhao
FRACGP
Dr Zhao graduated from medical school in 1993 and received his Fellowship of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2012.
Dr Zhao’s has completed his Acupuncture training with Australian Medical Acupuncture College and fully registered and endorsed by Australian Medical Board AHPRA.
Dr Zhao comes to us from Mt Isa where he has been managing complex Aboriginal medical cases. Dr Zhao’s career has seen him work in different medical fields such as Medical Informatics (Master of IT), General Medicine, Surgery, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Mental Health as well as Medical Acupuncture. He was awarded Professor Alan Walker Memorial Scholarship in Paediatrics 2010 and Australian Federal Government PROTD Scholarship,2007.
He has interest in all areas of General Practice but has special interest in
Preventative Care
Chronic Disease Management
Medical Acupuncture

Dr Min Chen
FRACGP
Dr Min graduated from the University of Queensland, completing a double degree in Bachelor of Science with a major in biomedical science and Medicine (MBBS).
She completed hospital training at Mater Hospital and the Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital (now Queensland Children’s Hospital) in Brisbane, with experiences in general medicine, respiratory medicine, gastroenterology, surgery, emergency, obstetrics and gynaecology, and paediatrics.
She underwent further training in general practice in the Tweed area in NSW and is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
She values the importance of professional development and has completed a Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine.
Dr Min enjoys all aspects of general practice and has particular interests in preventative care, chronic disease management, and women’s health. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese Hokkien. She is committed to providing friendly, patient-centred care and helping patients achieve their best health outcome.
In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing with family and friends, listening to music and watching cooking shows.
Dr Chengxia Guo
FRACGP
In 2008, Dr Guo passed the Australian Medical Council Examination. Since then she has been working at the Caboolture and Ipswich hospital. In 2014, Dr Guo received the qualification for the Royal Australian College of General practitioners. Dr Guo is experienced in women’s health, internal medicine, paediatrics, mental health and Endocrinology.
Dr Guo also has good experience in diseases which are specific to elderly people.
Dr Guo has more than 20 years of clinical experience and she is fluent in English and mandarin. Dr Guo works at Gowan Road Medical Centre every Saturday. All new and old clients are welcome.
Dr Bill Zhao
MBBS FRACGP
Dr Zhao graduated from medical school China in 1982, attained master’s degree in medical science in The University of Queensland, He obtained his Followship of Royal Australian College of General Practitioner in 2009.
Dr Zhao have over 40 years clinical experience both hospital and General Practice. He has special interests in surgical procedures and skin cancer surgery, chronic disease , mental health consultation, and men's issues.

Ms Sylvia Gao

Sylvia joined our team in the clinic as a practice RN in 2015. She graduated from Australian Catholic University in Bachelor of Nursing; Queensland University of Technology in Post Graduated of Nursing. She completed hospital training at The Prince Charles Hospital, Royal Brisbane Hospital and Shanghai Xinhua hospital.
She has a special interest in immunisation, wound care and community health. She is good at vaccine catch up for children from oversea.
She enjoys her nursing career in the clinic and follows Dr E.L. Trudeau’s motto:
“To Cure Sometimes,
To Relieve Often,
To Comfort Always.”
